Power Restore Method
90 MINUTES Private
$195-$275 IN PERSON (group size dependent)
$165 ONLINE
This is a fun and deeply restorative class — set to groovy, soul-shifting tunes — where movement meets nervous system education. Expect to sweat, release, and reset as you explore your body’s capacity to move, adapt, and self-regulate.
Power Restore® is built on the principles of interval training, blending strength and stillness in a fluid sequence that moves between activation and rest. A creative integration of strong vinyasa flow, Restorative Yoga, Qigong, breathwork, and mindful awareness, this practice strengthens not only the body but also the communication pathways between body and mind.
You’ll learn and feel how these transitions train your system to move fluidly between the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) states — increasing heart rate variability, improving vagal tone, and encouraging homeostasis throughout the body.
Beyond the physical practice, Power Restore® offers an embodied education in resilience — teaching you, through direct experience, how your body can recover faster, regulate more efficiently, and find harmony between effort and ease.
Restorative/Yin
75-90 MINUTES Private
$195-$275 IN PERSON (group size dependent)
$165 ONLINE
Combining two deeply restorative and complementary practices, Restorative + Yin Yoga invites you to journey inward — to soften, listen, and reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence.
Each session weaves fully supported, propped poses with gentle, intentional movements designed to help you explore your edge safely, release stored tension, and cultivate genuine resilience. The practice takes place entirely on the floor, allowing the body to surrender into gravity while the nervous system unwinds layer by layer.
These sessions are not about simply being placed into shapes. They are a living, guided exploration — rich with education and awareness about what is unfolding in your body, fascia, and energy system. You’ll learn how each posture affects your physiology and emotional terrain, and how to use these principles to support healing beyond the mat.
Drawing on years of study and my own deep healing journey, I guide each person into relationship with their body — helping you sense, feel, and integrate what arises with compassion. The result is often a profound sense of spaciousness, balance, and restoration that extends far beyond the session.
Ecstatic Breathwork (90 min)
(+ Restorative Yoga option)
$195-$275 IN PERSON (group size dependent)
$175 ONLINE
Breath is a bridge between body and consciousness — a direct way to access the deeper layers of your being.
Ecstatic Breathwork invites you into rhythmic, intentional breathing patterns that awaken the body’s natural intelligence and open pathways for emotional release, insight, and nervous-system regulation.
In this practice, the breath becomes both teacher and medicine. By consciously shifting your breathing rhythm, you engage the body’s stress response in a safe, intentional way — allowing energy, memory, and emotion that have been held or suppressed to surface and move. As the system resets, many people experience expanded awareness, deep release, and a grounded sense of renewal.
Each session is guided as experiential education and healing process — helping you learn how to meet your own breath as a tool for self-regulation, resilience, and transformation. The experience integrates movement, stillness, and reflection so that what arises during breathwork can settle and be embodied.
When offered with the Restorative Yoga option, the session closes with grounding shapes and supported rest, helping the nervous system fully integrate the breathwork journey.
Qigong (60 min)
$175-$225 IN PERSON (group size dependent)
$145 ONLINE
Qigong is an ancient healing art that integrates movement, breath, and intention to harmonize the flow of energy (“qi”) in the body. These sessions invite you to experience this practice not only as a treatment but as a personal exploration — a process of learning through direct experience how energy, breath, and awareness interact within you.
Each session is rooted in experiential education and guided from the depth of my own healing journey. You’ll be supported to feel into your own system, to meet what’s present with compassion, and to discover how simple, grounded practices can open new pathways for balance and self-healing.
Through gentle, mindful sequences, breathwork, and stillness, we work together to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and build a steadier internal flow of energy. Every session is responsive to your needs that day — meeting you where you are and helping you return to coherence and vitality.
