Living with chronic illness can be confusing, exhausting, and isolating. Whether you’re newly diagnosed and just want to understand what’s happening, or you’ve been living with symptoms for years, this session offers a space to slow down, talk it through, and start finding what actually helps.

I bring years of experience and study in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and energetics — along with my own lived experience of chronic illness. Each call is different and guided by what you need that day. We might simply have a conversation, or gently explore nervous system and somatic tools to support your body in finding more balance.
