Living with chronic illness often means living in a body that feels unpredictable, overwhelming, or locked in survival mode. Whether you’re newly diagnosed and searching for orientation, or you’ve been navigating symptoms for years, these sessions offer a grounded, compassionate space to pause, make sense of what your body has been carrying, and begin supporting your nervous system at the root.

This work is not about adding more pills, protocols, or practices to an already overburdened system. Instead of chasing or “fixing” symptoms, we’ll focus on understanding how your nervous system has adapted to stress, illness, and lived experience — and how doing less, slowing down, and restoring regulation can create meaningful shifts in energy, capacity, clarity, and resilience.

I bring years of study and practice in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and energetic health, alongside my own lived experience healing from Lyme disease. Each consult is shaped by what your system genuinely needs in that moment — often involving simplification, relief, and nervous system support rather than more to-do lists. Sessions may include attuned conversation, nervous system education, and/or manageable & gentle somatic regulation tools chosen to help your body feel safer, more stable, and better resourced.

Some people come for a single consult to gain insight and direction; others choose to continue working together over time. However we work, the process is slow, respectful, and guided by your body’s signals — not by pressure, protocols, or constant intervention.

The Power Restore Method is a nervous-system-centered approach to healing and restoration, designed to help you reconnect with your body’s innate capacity for regulation, adaptation, and repair.

Rooted in both lived experience and evidence-based nervous system science, this method blends education, embodiment, and gentle retraining practices to support healing without forcing or overriding the body. At its core, this work is about restoring a sense of safety, rebuilding trust with your body, and expanding your capacity to navigate stress and change.

Whether you’re healing from illness, living with chronic symptoms, or looking to support your body through periods of stress or transition, this work meets you where you are.

Drawing on over a decade of personal healing and professional training in nervous system regulation, health coaching, nutrition, brain retraining, breathwork, Qigong, and restorative yoga, the Power Restore Method offers a deeply personalized and integrative path forward.

Your genetics, lifestyle, environment, and belief systems are all considered as part of your nervous system landscape. Our work together — whether one session or an ongoing relationship — becomes a mindful exploration of these layers: gently unwinding survival patterns, reshaping conditioned responses, and supporting your nervous system in learning more sustainable ways to respond to life.

3. Secondary Nourishment (Food & Supplements)
Examining nutrition, dietary patterns, and supplements as tools to support nervous system stability rather than create additional stress.

4. Nervous System & Energetic Regulation Practices
Gentle, accessible practices including breathwork, Qigong, restorative yoga, and other somatic techniques designed to support regulation, energy flow, and embodied safety.
